Welcome to Ours Scrap and Services App ("App"). This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of scheduled services through our App. By using our App and scheduling services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Cancellation Policy.

1) Service Cancellation *Cancellation by the User -Time Frame: You may cancel your scheduled service up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. -How to Cancel: To cancel a service, please log in to your account on the App, navigate to your scheduled services, and select the option to cancel the specific service.

Cancellation by Us -Service Unavailability: We reserve the right to cancel any scheduled service if we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible. -Violation of Terms: We may cancel your scheduled service if you violate our Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to providing inaccurate information or engaging in prohibited activities.

2)Changes to Scheduled Services -Rescheduling Rescheduling by User: You may reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up. To reschedule, please log in to your account and select the reschedule option for the specific service. Rescheduling by Us: If we need to reschedule your service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a new pick-up time that is convenient for you.

No-Shows If our service provider arrives at the scheduled pick-up location and you are not available or the scrap materials are not ready for collection, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, you may need to reschedule the service.
