All payments are processed securely, and payment information is not stored on our servers.

Service Availability We strive to provide reliable and timely services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or without interruption. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, any service at any time without notice.

User Conduct You agree to:

•Provide accurate information when scheduling services. •Ensure that scrap materials are ready for collection at the scheduled time. •Follow any instructions provided by our service providers.

3)Intellectual Property Ownership All content and materials available on the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Ours Scrap and Services or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ours Scrap and Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
